DUE TO SCHEDULING AND ROUTING REASONS THE CUSTOMER PAYMENT/DEPOSIT/FEE IS NON- REFUNDABLE, UNLESS NOTIFIFICATION IS PROVRIDED TO UNITED MOVING & STORAGE IN WRITING WITHIN SEVENTY-TWO HOURS AFTER BOOKING AT INFO@UNITEDMOVING.CO OF THE INTENT TO CANCEL THE ORDER FOR SERVICE. IF THE FIRST SCHEDULED PICKUP DATE IS WITHIN SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS OF BOOKING, THEN THE CUSTOMER PAYMENT/DEPOSIT/FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. IF A MOVE IS CANCELLED AFTER SEVENTY-TWO HOURS, BECAUSE MOVING COORDINATOR SERVICES HAVE BEEN RENDERED AT THAT POINT IN TIME, THE CUSTOMER IS ONLY ENTITLED TO RECEIVE A CREDIT OF THE DEPOSIT FOR FUTURE INTERSTATE MOVING SERVICES TO BE USED BY THE CARDHOLDER WITHIN A TWELVE MONTH PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF CANCELLATION WITH UNITED MOVING & STORAGE. THIS IS DUE TO THE CARRIERS DISPATCH PROCESS COMMENCING AFTER THE SEVENTY-TWO HOUR PERIOD HAS ELAPSED. IF PICK UP IS REFUSED FOR ANY REASON THE DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED.
